live on the scene is "action news" reporter kenneth moton. what's the situation now? >> well jim, it is quite a scene and it is quite a mess for the philadelphia water department crews who are still trying to turn this thing off. it's become the old faithful of northeast philadelphia out here where thousands of gallons of water are shooting from this 10-inch water main on a private piece of property on bluegrass road on the boulevard here. they have been dealing with the break since about 7:00 p.m. they say the main does not supply water to customers, it is a fire service line used for firefighting. no residents lost water. the force of the water is strong sending water more than 150 feet into the air. because of the temperatures the water is freezing quickly. we are standing here and watching the ice form on nearby trees. the branchs are snapping and falling. and they are trying to isolate the main but there have been major challenges. >> it is impressive. surprising, i am not sure. water mains contain a lot of pressure and depending on the type of break you have wat
